The situation

Our client was a fragrance retailer operating physical stores in the United States. The business had the products and the physical presence, but its digital audience was relatively small. At approximately 2,000 followers, the brand had a much larger opportunity in front of it.

The problem wasn't simply a lack of content. There was no repeatable system capable of consistently turning the client's products and expertise into content, distributing that content at scale and converting the resulting attention into interest in the business.

There was also an operational problem developing underneath the growth. As the catalogue grew, keeping inventory organized and updated created another layer of repetitive work.

We approached both problems as systems rather than isolated tasks.

What we built

We built a social growth system supported by AI-assisted content production. The system used AI to accelerate the production of carousels, static content and video concepts, allowing content to be produced consistently at a much greater volume.

But the objective wasn't simply to produce more posts. The content system was built around attracting people interested in fragrances and repeatedly putting the brand in front of them.

Alongside the growth system, we built a new website for the business. We also developed an inventory workflow that reduced the manual work involved in organizing and updating product inventory. The result was a connected digital layer around both customer acquisition and business operations.

The outcome

The account grew from approximately 2,000 followers to 11,000 in around 2½ months, with more than eight million views generated along the way. The audience kept growing, reaching approximately 24,000 followers by the three-month mark.

The increased visibility also created stronger customer flow toward the client's physical stores. Behind that growth, the business also had a new website and a simpler inventory-management process.

The more durable change wasn't the follower count alone. It was that the business now had a repeatable system for creating attention, rather than relying on individual pieces of content to perform.
