Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, and some of them stop there. We map how a business actually runs — its systems, its data, and the workarounds people have built around both — then say where technology creates leverage and where it does not. Not every problem needs AI and not every workflow needs custom software. What comes out is a prioritised list of what to build, not a vendor wishlist.

When there is something worth building, we build it ourselves. Custom software, AI systems and the automation between them, deployed into the stack a business already runs on rather than alongside it. We stay on afterwards, because a system nobody adopts is indistinguishable from one that was never delivered.

Seven people, based in Bangalore, working across advisory, software, AI and design. Everything is built by the same team that scoped it, so nothing is handed to people who were not in the room when the problem was described. Ten or more systems are now running for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and India.

Diagnosis and delivery sitting with the same team is what lets the advice stay honest — including in the cases where building nothing is the right answer.

It began with using the tools rather than reading about them. When ChatGPT launched we used it the way most people did — to help write code, and then to build small automations around work we were already doing ourselves. What stood out wasn't the novelty. It was that the output had become reliable enough to put a real process on top of.

The pattern in the businesses around us was consistent. Most of them are understaffed rather than under-ambitious. They want their people spending time on the work only their people can do, and instead those weeks fill with invoices, documentation and the same handful of recurring tasks that have to happen and that nobody really owns.

The first thing we built against that was a proposal automation. Small, unglamorous, and exactly the kind of job that had been quietly taking someone's afternoon every week. It settled the question of what was worth building: not making a single task more sophisticated, but removing the need to keep performing it at all.

Kyzeflo started in March 2025 to do that deliberately rather than opportunistically. Advisory first, so the diagnosis comes before the build. Deployment in-house, so whoever scoped the problem is accountable for whether the system ends up being used.
